The public tour begins unmeasured. Automind records no proof, fit or action choices unless you separately opt in inside the request form, and the demonstrations work without creating a DIS account.
Before you choose
Opening the protected request form creates a short-lived, first-party security cookie so the website can reject forged and automated submissions. It is not advertising technology and opening the form does not record your tour choices.
Public browsing
Until you opt in, the website does not submit proof selections, fit choices or calls to action. If you choose the separate visit-intent checkbox when submitting a request, Automind may record and connect only later proof selections, full-screen proof opens, fit choices and named calls to action made in that tab. It never records pointer trails, keystrokes, unrestricted page addresses, raw user-agent strings, device fingerprints or third-party advertising identifiers.
Prospect enquiries
The request form asks for a first name, work email, organisation, optional role, relationship with Automind and requested next step. Contact details are encrypted before storage outside the public website. The configured Automind founder or governed team inbox receives a first-party notification so the request can be answered.
Contact permission, optional product updates and optional connection of later visit-intent choices are separate choices. A request does not create a DIS account, grant early access, assign a role or verify an invitation.
Use, access and retention
- Consented visit-intent records are retained for up to 30 days; consent evidence for up to 90 days; and enquiry details and notification receipts for up to 12 months.
- Requests are protected by same-origin and anti-forgery checks, bounded rate limits and idempotency. Raw IP addresses, referrers and user-agent strings are not written to enquiry evidence.
- Automind does not sell enquiry information or use it to build advertising audiences.
Automind reviews early-access suitability, scope, data use and support before issuing any individual, ordinary least-privilege invitation. Website and mail processing use Automind's hosting and governed mailbox providers.
